The design of the new DIAMOND 2 is designed so that the building captures the sun’s rays – most of the 177 homes (2-3-4-room and multi-room) are facing south. Interesting homes with large landscaped terraces on their level have also been designed, which creates an inhabited environment close to that of a house. The building is divided into three sections, arranged stepwise in height and shifted in plan, thus ensuring maximum enjoyment of views of Sofia and Vitosha.
